News: Provision of a specialist independent advocacy (IMCA) service and the provision of a specialist Relevant Person's Representative Service

Lancashire County Council invites tenders from suitably experienced organisations wishing to apply for the provision of;

 1) a specialist independent advocacy (IMCA) service to people covered by the provisions of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, as amended by the Mental Health Act 2007 and within the guidelines set out in the Mental Capacity Act 2005 Code of Practice and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards supplement to the Code of Practice,

 

2) a specialist Relevant Person's Representative Service to people covered by the provisions of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, as amended by the Mental Health Act 2007 and within the guidelines set out in the Mental Capacity Act 2005 Code of Practice and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards supplement to the Code of Practice.
