News: Invitation to Tender for the Provision of a Reablement Service in Lancashire.

Lancashire Domiciliary Care Preferred Providers are invited to express their interest in providing a Reablement Service across Lancashire.

The Reablement Service forms part of the transitional care pathway which is a range of integrated services, and supports the promotion of independence and faster recovery from illness.  The Service is for people who have been ill or had an accident and need help to re-learn some of the skills that may have been lost whilst unwell and will assist in regaining confidence.  The Reablement Service will work with people in their own home to help them gradually feel more confident and able to do things for themselves in order to continue to live independently.

 

The first stage of the tender process is the Expression of Interest stage which involves completion of a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, which is available on-line at our electronic tendering site:
