Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably experienced CQC registered providers for the provision of social care support within 1 Extra Care Housing Scheme: Marlborough Court, Skelmersdale.
This expression of interest is only open to Lancashire's preferred providers.
Tenants with eligible social care needs will receive a personal budget enabling them to meet their needs. However, this will be a hybrid approach where LCC ACS will purchase core background support to meet basic eligible needs. Additional support needs will be purchased via the personal budget.
It is envisaged that a number of tenants are likely to choose the option of purchasing services from the successful provider, providing the services they are being offered are high quality, flexible and person centred.

Completed questionnaires must be completed and returned electronically via the e-tendering website by 10am on 13th July 2012.
