Lancashire County Council together with Health Commissioners invite suitably experienced organisations

to provide a crisis aversion/low level support service in Central Lancashire. This is a contract that

consists of three strands to provide a seamless service for people who require low level support

with the aim of preventing a crisis situation alongside support for people with the aim of maximising

independence and providing links into the local community.

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from a single provider; however, if you are shortlisted, at the Invitation

to Tender stage there will be an opportunity for you to identify providers that you would sub contract parts of the

service to if you wish to.
