Lancashire County Council together with Health Commissioners invite suitably experienced organisations
to provide a crisis aversion/low level support service in Central Lancashire. This is a contract that
consists of three strands to provide a seamless service for people who require low level support
with the aim of preventing a crisis situation alongside support for people with the aim of maximising
independence and providing links into the local community.
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from a single provider; however, if you are shortlisted, at the Invitation
to Tender stage there will be an opportunity for you to identify providers that you would sub contract parts of the
service to if you wish to.

Interested providers are also invited to an information day on Wednesday the 19th September at 10am to be held at East Cliff County Offices, Preston.

Due to the venue size we are limited to only offering one place per organisation initially. Please ensure you book a place by the 17th September 2012.
Providers wishing to express an interest are required to complete an electronic pre qualification questionnaire
via the e-tendering website.
Providers who are already registered on the e-tendering website will be able to access the questionnaire by
logging in to the website. Providers who are not currently registered on the e-tendering website will need
to go to theabove web address and register as a new user.
Questionnaires must be completed and returned electronically via the e-tendering website by 10am on Friday
5th October 2012.
