News: Integrated Sexual Health Services Prior Information Notice (PIN) on behalf of Lancashire and Cumbria County Councils, and Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen Borough Councils
The primary aim of this pre-procurement event is to understand the market and the options available to commissioners in order to deliver the outcomes and effectively plan for any potential forthcoming procurement.
Commissioners would like to invite interested providers to express their interest in participating in a stakeholder workshop by outlining how they currently deliver Integrated Sexual Health Services in accordance with the Level 1, 2 and 3 service model (please note that this information should be no longer that 1 side / sheet of A4 paper).
The event will enable interested organisations to:
- Engage with commissioners to understand our challenges, intentions and desired outcomes for our services;
and - Effectively plan for any potential forthcoming procurement and enable the potential formation of supply chains and/or consortiums.
The session is appropriate to specialist sexual health service managers, clinicians and business managers.
Please note that this is not a tender exercise and participation (or non-participation) in dialogue will confer no advantage or disadvantage should commissioners commence a formal procurement process.
Spaces will be strictly limited to 3 people per organisation. Organisations that are interested in attending the market engagement event are therefore asked to indicate whether they are interested in attending and supply
the name(s) of the people who would like to attend.
This information together with your expression of interest, detailing your existing service delivery, must be submitted via the e-tendering portal ¿The Chest¿. https://www.thechest.nwce.gov.uk (Please search for reference
9PUN-W5N89P). The Chest will also have a briefing note that can be down loaded. The briefing note provides a more comprehensive background on the Councils and the required service delivery. You should note that
registering and using the portal is free of charge.
